At 9.30am on Tuesday, the council closed the Jerrong Road at the Abercrombie River, which was reported to be under water.
It also shut the Taralga to Abercrombie Road at the Abercrombie River, which was also flooded.
A spokesman said conditions and any further road closures would be updated on the council's website.
He urged people to drive carefully and not traverse flooded areas.
Meantime, Roslyn reported 44mm overnight and 75mm since Sunday.
Weatherzone registered 32mm for Taralga on Monday and 28mm to 9am Tuesday.
