A new block of townhouses are up for sale in the city.
The work on the construction of 11 out of 30 townhouses in the Tully Park area is nearly complete and they are now up for sale.
Zeb Alaia, principal at Raine & Horne, said that six of these townhouses have already been sold.
"We have seen a big influx of the first home buyers and investors since the COVID-19 restrictions were lifted," Mr Alaia said.

Several incentives by the state government announced to give boost to the housing market has spiked the interest of first home buyers.
Under the new scheme, the first home buyers will be able to save stamp duty of up to $31,335 for homes up to $800,000 from August.
A $10,000 first home owner grant is also available for those buying their first home for $600,000 or buying land and building a new first home for $750,000 in total.
"The announcement of these grants and incentives by the government is attracting a lot of enquiries for these townhouses from the first home buyers," he said.
The company Tully Park Pty Ltd had purchased the land and submitted a development application to Goulburn Mulwaree Council for its approval.
In the first stage, 11 townhouses have been constructed. Six of these apartments have been sold and five are on the market.
Work is expected to begin soon for the construction of 12 dwellings in the second stage followed by seven more in the third stage.
The townhouses are three-bedroom units, with a single car garage, kitchen, lounge and dining areas downstairs. There are three ensuite bedrooms upstairs, a main bathroom, and a verandah out front.
The apartments are priced between $465,000-485,000 price range.
