One of those areas is near the Goulburn Brewery where stormwater pipes on the walkway were exposed after rain washed away all the topsoil.
Resident Tempe Hornibrook said it is affecting her property.
"All the gravel the council had put along the footpath, prior to the rain, has come down onto my paddock," Ms Hornibrook said.
"Underneath the road and the gutter, I think it is a dangerous situation because all this fill has come out onto the road.
"I have an access road into the paddock and it's all locked off.
"The asphalt which was put into the driveway is all caved away underneath.
"They raised the height of the road above the footpath level and the footpath level is above the height of my entrance.
"All the fill is gone and until it's replaced, I won't be able to use the entrance."
Council had put fire tape along the 100 yard footpath so no one could walk there.
Ms Hornibrook believes two of the pipes which were put in place were cracked, but were covered up with cement.
"I don't think that's effective under huge water pressure," she said.
There is also flood damage nearby, just before the opening of Lansdowne Bridge, where the heritage signs installed have nearly fallen into the Mulwaree Ponds.
Elsewhere, the wire fencing along Park Road in Eastgrove has been knocked down.
