But the current COVID-19 restrictions have meant the organisers have had to postpone the event.
This includes being unable to take any donations of books for the time being.

"We are very disappointed to have to make this decision" said Club President, Grant Pearce.
"This is such an important community event and allows us to raise significant funds that are donated to local, national and international charities.
"We could not find a way to run the book fair this October and still maintain the ability for booklovers to browse freely and safely."
Club secretary Sarah Ruberto stressed that the event was postponed rather than cancelled.
"We will wait until later in the year and reassess the restrictions at that time," she said.
"With a shipping container full of books, we are keen to make sure we find a way to make this happen."
Each year, the book fair raises upwards of $17,000.
With the cancellation of the club's very successful swap meet earlier in the year, the double whammy will be quite a blow to the club's fundraising efforts in 2020.
"We will not give up looking for ways to help our community," said public relations director, Vero Joseph.
"The current pandemic has had us looking for other ways to raise funds and help those in need.
"The upcoming merger between Rotary clubs in Goulburn will only strengthen and enhance our ability to do just that".
International service organisation Rotary has had a presence in Goulburn since 1930.
The current merger will open a new chapter of Rotary's history in our town.
