The Bureau of Crime Statistics and Research (BOCSAR) released its NSW Recorded Crime Statistics Quarterly Update on September 2.
Intimidation, stalking and harassment were up 38.7 per cent per year in a two-year trend in the Goulburn Mulwaree region.
In the 12-months leading up to 2020 there were 136 offences and 109 the same time last year. State-wide these offences were up 8.7 per cent.

While sexual assault in NSW has increased 9.4 per cent per year, the Goulburn Mulwaree region has remained stable with 33 offences leading up to June 2020.
In NSW malicious damage to property has decreased 5.4 per cent per year but has remained stable in the region with 273 offences.
A BOCSAR spokesperson said crime patterns had been significantly interrupted in April, 2020 by the pandemic response. They said in June, 2020, recorded incidents of break ins, car theft and retail theft were considerably lower than the same period in 2019.
