Donating blood is something Neil Seaman has always done.
Now, the 43-year-old has used the platform he gained on being on this year's "A Farmer Wants a Wife Australia" reality television show to encourage others to do the same.
"My dad's done over a thousand donations," Mr Seaman said.
"Everyone needs blood and donating is easy and safe to do.
"It is an awesome example of Aussie generosity.
"You also get great free snacks before, after and during your donation."
With over 12,000 followers on Instagram, the Crookwell resident started the No Drama Farmer Donation Challenge where people can donate blood and show support for their favourite farmer on the show as well.
