Goulburn Highway Patrol officers detected a Volkswagen Golf allegedly travelling at 164km/h in a 110km/h zone on the Federal Highway, Wollogorang, 34km south of Goulburn, at about 4:30pm on October 6.
Police stopped the vehicle a short distance away and spoke to the driver, an 18-year-old woman, who holds a P1 licence and can't legally exceed more than 90km/h.
