And even the pouring rain couldn't stop them from taking part in their Relay for Life event over the weekend.
The school held its own Relay For Life event this year, which started on Friday afternoon under sunny skies.
But when the "downpour" started around 8.30pm, teacher and organiser Amie-Lea Friend said they moved to Plan B and walked around the bottom of E Block.
"We still got to walk which was fantastic," she said.
"It was so good to see the Goulburn High School community and particularly the staff band together."
Students Charlotte, Emma, Jasmine and Maddie all walked for the entire 24 hours.
"They showed resilience throughout the entire event," Amie-Lea said.
During the hope ceremony, held in the school hall, students placed hope bags on the stage with messages to loved ones.
A minute's silence was held to "reflect on loved ones who are no longer with us".
Amie-Lea thanked all those involved in the event and former teacher Mr John Paopeng, who donated $1000.
Music students also provided some live entertainment before the rain began.
"Huge credit goes to the staff and students of Goulburn High School," she said.
