There was Zumba, a walk along the Marsden Weir and then a barbecue.
That was all done to celebrate International Men's Day on Thursday, November 19.
The activities was led by Mission Australia's SE NSW and ACT area manager Daniel Strickland who said the turnout was terrific.
"It was fantastic to have almost 30 men come together," Mr Strickland said.
"It was a good chance to have a laugh and do something not too serious.
"We have some wonderful role models in our community that the future generation can look up to."
The day recognises the positive value men bring to the world, their families and communities.
