It's a well known phrase, but unfortunately, the message needs to be continually delivered as it still happens far too often.

Violence against women is not on.
Anglicare Goulburn set up a stand in Goulburn Square on Friday, November 20 to support White Ribbon Day.
The day is the world's largest movement engaging men and boys to end men's violence against women and girls, promote gender equality and create new opportunities for men to build positive, healthy and respectful relationships.
A march would normally be held through Auburn Street to Belmore Park, but that was not possible this year due to COVID-19.
Anglicare service coordinator, Jodie Watson said the message was more potent during this time of year.
"Domestic violence is a big problem across Australia and sadly our community is no different," Ms Watson said.
"Financial pressures and other emotional stressors all play a part in domestic violence, which are always worse in the lead up to Christmas.
"After such a challenging year, vulnerable families are struggling further, so we are bracing for more people accessing our help.
"This is why we're so excited that so many organisations coming together to make people aware of this."
The organisations involved on the day were Marymead, Flourish Australia, Directions Health, Mission Australia, Police NSW, NSW Department of Communities and Justice, and the Goulburn Multicultural Service.
