The Goulburn Post understands homes throughout West Goulburn, Bradfordville and near the CBD have experienced temporary channel outages over the past few weeks.
West Goulburn resident Bruce Hammond said he lost signal for ABC and SBS channels one afternoon for approximately 20 minutes.
He said he lost the channels again the next day for up to 1.5 hours.
"All the other channels were working," Mr Hammond said.
A spokesperson from the broadcaster Rural Broadcast Australia Holdings (RBAH) said that they were unaware of outages throughout Goulburn.
"RBAH was aware of some issues at Crookwell resulting from issues at Mt Gray (the parent site) about one to two weeks ago. Mt Gray also services Goulburn," they said.
"To the best of our knowledge, the issues at Mt Gray were resolved and we have not received further complaints."
RBAH was formed by a collective of regional commercial broadcasters to build transmission towers as infill to the black spots created when technology moved to digital transmission.
Until the start of this year RBAH had been caring for, at its own expense, necessary equipment for transmission of ABC and SBS channels. In late October this year RBAH signed a two-year contract with the ABC for maintenance at the Mt Gray site until a longer-term solution was worked out.
