Mrs Tuckerman officially opened the site at the public park with members from the Upper Lachlan Shire Council and Kiamma Creek Landcare.
The $66,000 construction was funded by the NSW Government's Stronger Country Communities Fund with contributions from Kiamma Creek Landcare and the council.
Mrs Tuckerman said the amenities would enhance the park.
"This facility provides fantastic access to a wide range of user groups, from visiting bus groups to schools participating in outdoor education," she said.
"This is a wonderful facility that will benefit the community and visitors."
Members from the council and Kiamma Creek Landcare thanked the NSW Government for their contribution and the council's grants officer Linus Nesbitt Hawes.
The project was undertaken by local contractors.
