Goulburn Show president Jacki Waugh said the usual volunteers were getting older and they needed some muscle to set up the show.

Many regional shows have been cancelled or scaled back due to COVID-19 but the 2021 Goulburn Show will go ahead on March 6 and 7.
Ms Waugh urged community members to volunteer. She said more hands were needed on deck due to COVID-19 precautions.
"The need for more volunteers is why so many other shows are closing.
"Volunteers get to experience the joy of putting on the show for the community and see how it goes together."
People are needed to help set up, take entries, run the canteen, man the pavilion and to pack up after the show.
In addition, extra volunteers will be required to scan people through the front gates. Ms Waugh encouraged people to download the Services NSW app before attending to make this process easier.
If your phone doesn't scan QR codes or you find technology baffling don't stress. People will be at the front gate ready to help.
Ms Waugh said events would be more spread out but things would be as normal as possible.
Family favourites including pig racing, the reptile show, the petting farm and sideshow alley will all go ahead.
Ms Waugh said people could "look forward to attending a show while many other regional shows have been cancelled".
