The project will restore the road surface from Bradley Street to Clifford Street following a water main's completion.
A council spokesman said contractor Killard Infrastructure was looking to complete the work over two nights, subject to weather, between Friday, February 12 and Friday, 19.
"Due to the nature of the job there will be noisy work involved, but Killard will try their best to either minimise the noise or the duration of the works, we do thank you for your patience," she said.
Traffic control will be in place for any road closures and detours needed for the works as well as any pedestrian management requirements. There will be two sets of road closures as shown in the above images.
