Zazem Elarja, 22, of Granville, appeared before Goulburn Local Court on February 3.

Elarja faced charges of aggravated assault, police pursuit and drive recklessly/furiously or in a manner dangerous.
He was also charged with P2 driver exceed speed by more than 45km/h, not comply with P2 high performance vehicle restriction, not display P-plates, and resist or hinder police officer in the execution of duty.
Fresh charges of take motor vehicle with person in it to inflict actual bodily harm have also been laid.
Magistrate Geraldine Beattie adjourned the case until February 17 with Elarja to appear via audio visual link. Bail was not applied for and was formally refused.
