A $3000 grant from NSW Government's Country Arts Support Program has been given for the project.
"I meet wonderful people who are involved in various activities in the community but don't realise how much they are doing for others. This is a way of saying thank you to them for their support because that has made the community what it is today," Mrs Milson said.
"They are not being selfish and helping others and as they are doing so, it makes the community much stronger.

"This is a way of giving back to the community. Planning for the proposal to dress up empty stores is on and I will put together a team for it soon."
As part of the proposal, the portraits of members of the community with their information will be hung on the insides of shop windows of the empty stores.
These portraits will include photographs from Tina Milson's Art of Ageing exhibition that celebrated the contribution of people over 50 years to their communities.
The condition of several vacant stores on the main street is not appealing with old shop signs plastered on them.
Mrs Milson had proposed that she could help address the problem by making the empty stores and the main street look attractive to the visitors by displaying her photographs from the exhibition in the empty shops.
The exhibition will take place at the end of the year and will continue through the school holidays.
