Community groups needing a helping hand with projects are being urged to apply for funding.
Six wind farms in the Upper Lachlan Shire have thrown open applications for thousands of dollars worth of grants.
The Shire, which is quickly becoming a renewable energy hub - is home to Biala, Collector, Crookwell II, Cullerin Range, Gullen Range and Taralga Wind Farms.
Applications for each are open and close at 4pm on Friday, April 16, 2021. Interested groups and organisations are invited to apply for the grants.
Each community grant has its own guidelines. For further details go to www.upperlachlan.nsw.gov.au/community/grants
