The man, aged in his 20s, was arrested at the Goulburn police station in December after NSW Police child abuse and sex crimes squad detectives began an investigation last year.
Police received reports in November of two Riverina boys being sexually abused by a man while in his care, sparking the specialised squad's inquiries.

The man is accused of sexually abusing two boys, aged under 10 years, on separate occasions at a home in the Riverina in 2018.
He was charged with committing an act of indecency (victim under 10 years) and two counts of inciting a victim under 10 to commit an indecent act.
The accused was formally refused bail when he appeared before Griffith Local Court in December and will appear again on Thursday.
