The NSW Farmers Goulburn Branch is again sponsoring the event and their chair Margerat Cameron encouraged people to participate.
"There will be teams of four and they have to partake in a number of different farm type challenges," Ms Cameron said.
"It's a race against the clock as well.
"Last year, there was an artificial cow with an artificial udder.
"Teams had to milk the cow and get a certain amount for one part of the circuit and had to catch an alpaca in another part.
"They also had to run a wheelbarrow of wood and then safely load a hale bale up and load and stack it."
The winning team in the over 18 competition will gain entry into the challenge at the Royal Sydney Easter Show.

Ms Cameron said she hoped local farmers would contribute to the Goulburn Show because the agriculture sector is struggling at the moment.
"Local farmers are urged to support the show by entering livestock or produce," she said.
"In the the agricultural sector, the seasonal worker shortage is having a huge impact on producers around the nation, especially in the horticulture industry.
"Locally, farmers and shearing contractors are impacted by shortage of shearers and shed staff.
"With shearer numbers declining by more than 30 per cent in the past decade, wool industry representative bodies have been holding meetings with unions and shearing contractor organisations to develop new policies to confront the issue."
The Goulburn Show is on March 6-7 at the Goulburn Recreational Area.
