I love helping people.

My role isn't only about negotiating the best price for my client, it's about understanding each person's unique needs, being readily available for my clients and communicating effectively weather it's buying or selling a home.

What I love about this is not only the feeling I get when helping people but genuinely getting to know them while being open, honest and transparent throughout the process.

I learned early on how important it is to have a good support system in this business. I have surrounded myself with a network of trusted professionals to ensure that no matter what question or situation may arise, I'll have the best solutions for my clients.

Becoming a real estate agent hasn't come without its challenges. It's been a nine year journey to get to this point and I have been involved in most areas of the business from property management, sales admin, and now I'm an independent licenced real estate agent.

My colleagues describe me as being dedicated, professional, passionate, having integrity, and being a team player (their words not mine, LOL) which is humbling and extremely motivating.

Achievements and hard work is one thing but my triumphs have been with the support of a great personal network at home, a resilient group of colleagues, and of course the loyal and valued clients.

I was raised in Goulburn. Growing up I've watched this charming little community change into this exploding hot spot for real estate, and to have an interest in it only felt natural for me to build my career here.

Goulburn feels like home and I'm excited and proud to be a part of a community that is and has been so resilient and supportive.

There are so many extraordinary women who are a part of our local community. I'm proud to know them, to work with them, or to be related to them. The more we can surround ourselves with progressive people the more we can grow.

I hope you had a happy International Women's Day on March 8.
