That's why a 'Nudie' Run was organised to pay tribute to the pie and bike riding lover on Saturday, April 17.
The run was a fully clothed bike run.
About 80 bike riders took part on the journey from the Goulburn Recreational Area to the Araluen Hotel and organiser Andrew Doughty said it was fantastic to see.
"A great day was had, and due to its popularity, it's probably going to become an annual event," Mr Doughty said.
The cost for joining the run was $20 per person which included a Bryants pie, a beloved Nudie favourite.
The remaining proceeds were donated to the Convoy for Kids Goulburn.
Over $3000 was raised.
Mr Doughty explained the impact Mr Stephenson had on the community.
"At the time he passed away, he was the president of Convoy for Kids," Mr Doughty said.
"He passed away 12 months ago after a short illness and a lot of his friends wanted to have a ride in his honour.
"I combined these three things, and with the help of a few friends, arranged the ride."
