Cheryl Stagg, aged 45, was last seen about 8am on Monday, May 11 at her Dina Beth Avenue home in Blacktown.
Police and family hold concerns for her welfare and are calling for anyone who may know her whereabouts to come forward.
She is described as being Caucasian in appearance, about 155cm tall with a large build, black hair and wearing glasses.
She may be driving a white Mercedes vehicle with NSW registration DPU-36V.

This vehicle may have been seen at the Derringullen Creek Service Centre, near Yass, at 12.30pm Monday.
