The annual championship event is normally held over two weekends.
However, the format has been changed this year and Goulburn will be the first destination to host the whole tournament in one weekend, at the Cookbundoon Sporting Complex.
Approximately 36 teams coming from areas right across Southern NSW including the far South Coast, Southern Highlands, Shoalhaven, Cooma and more, will compete over the weekend.
It is expected that this event will bring 400-500 players to Goulburn, along with families and team officials, bringing a significant economic benefit to the region.
Teams will compete in the following age groups: under 10,11,12,13,14,15,16 boys and under 10,12,14,16 girls.
At the end of the weekend a champion will be crowned in each age group.
Southern Tablelands Football Association (STFA) Football Manager, Craig Norris, is excited to see the championships take place in Goulburn.
"Spectators can expect to see some of the brightest, talented up and coming footballers that Southern NSW has to offer, as well as good competitive football," Mr Norris.
"The STFA will be fielding teams in every possible age group and it will be a great opportunity for local players to develop and fine tune their skills in the lead up to the NSW Country Cup.
"The STFA would also like to thank Goulburn Mulwaree Council and its staff for their support in bringing this event to Goulburn."
