A report to Tuesday night's council meeting details extensive damage to the Marulan soccer ground in May.
A person drove on to the ground and completed numerous burnouts across the main field, leaving deep gouges in the surface.
Council workers repaired the damage. At the time of writing their report, no one had been charged over the matter.
Meantime, in Goodhew Park, Goulburn, a person used a pole to unsuccessfully break open a door on an amenities building. A large amount of broken glass was found around the door and staff cleaned up the area effected minor repairs to ensure the door was secure.
In April, works staff spent several hours scrubbing graffiti from the skate park at Victoria Park and repaired damaged seating.
While vandalism repairs have soaked up some time, outdoor staff have also been busy on other projects around the council area.
A degraded slope below on Clinton Street, near Horne Square, has been rejuvenated with plantings. A retaining wall, drainage and back-filling of soil were also completed.
Mayor Bob Kirk has pushed the project to complement the nearby rose garden.
Elsewhere, tree planting continued on the avenues of remembrance on Goulburn's main entrances. In May, trees were planted along Braidwood Road and Addison Streets, along with sign installation alerting the community to their purpose.
Trees were also planted in the Rocky Hill War Memorial garden to soften what was described as a bare space, and in several residential streets including Beppo, Sloane, Auburn, Albert, Rhoda Streets and Finaly Road.
While the planting has been welcome, Australia Post has approached the council about tree maintenance in some streets where the pavement has lifted.
A report stated that the posties had new and slightly higher bikes that could prove problematic in these areas.
