That's the aim of the Goulburn Man Walk.
Walker Luke Shirley said the walks give him the perfect start to the day.
"Every morning, when the sun is rising and you have a fresh morning sky, it charges your batteries and sets you for the day," Mr Shirley said.
"There are so many things to talk about.
"However, I'm more of a listener, so I like to walk and listen to the stories."
On a Tuesday morning two years ago, the first walk was completed and since then, it has gone from strength to strength.
Goulburn manbassador Daniel Strickland, who has been there from the very start, celebrated the second anniversary by having breakfast with the walkers after their morning Tuesday walk.
"We hit the Wollondilly walking trail at 6am with the temperature hovering about three degrees and had about 12 men attend," Mr Strickland said.
"We ended the walk with a special post walk breakfast celebration sponsored by Goulburn Country Motors at K and Gz."
Mr Strickland said throughout the couple of years, the walks have always been a great way to relieve stress and to let out any problems one may have.
"I have been blown away at the impact the walk has had on some of the men that come along and the families that the men belong to," he said.
"It's a great way to start the day and I have personally benefited from the support from the men in my everyday work."
Goulburn Country Motors dealer principal David Albrighton said he was pleased and thankful to be involved with the Man Walk.
"It's great to see men's physical and mental health being promoted openly and consistently each week, rather than just an annual day of awareness," Mr Albrighton said.
"Most of our staff have been personally affected by suicide, depression or anxiety in some way, so as a team, we're committed to doing everything we can to assist in the awareness and support of local initiatives like this to give back to the community that loyally supports us."
The Man Walk, which takes place from the kids playground in Goulburn Weir, started out as a weekly Tuesday morning walk.
However, due to its popularity and some not able to do the morning walks, a second walk is now held on Wednesdays from 6pm.
