Clayton Cooper, 25, of Glendenning, faces two charges of assault law enforcement officer inflict actual bodily harm, and assault law officer (not police officer).

He was represented at Goulburn Local Court on July 7 by solicitor Rod Boyd on behalf of the Aboriginal Legal Service.
The police prosecutor said the alleged offences took place while Cooper was in custody at Goulburn Correctional Centre for another matter.
Magistrate David Degnan told the court the accused was released from custody on June 25.
Cooper will reappear at Goulburn Local Court on July 28.
