The sporting competition was launched last term.
Open to both staff and students, it aimed to build unity between the year groups.
The first competition held was indoor soccer.
The winners were Year 9 team Proboucus with a 1-0 victory over The Art in the final.
Bailey Marshall was awarded Most Valuable Player of the Tournament.
Goulburn High School Principal Yogesh Mani said it had been a great competition.
"The indoor soccer competition was a very successful start to the Principal's Cup," he said.
"Its aim was to bring the whole school together, which it certainly did.
"It was fantastic to see both staff and students compete in the tournament as well as the large crowd of supporters on the sideline at each and every match, cheering for both teams.
"I look forward to the next instalment of the Principal's Cup.".
The Principals Cup is a sporting competition open to both staff and students and aims to build unity between the year groups.
