With the ACT going into lockdown yesterday, and Goulburnians needing to seek exemption for essential travel into ACT, here's a reminder of some of the other rules in place.
As stated by NSW Health, if you enter NSW or are already in NSW and have been in the ACT on or after 12.01am on Thursday, August 5, you must follow the stay at home rules for 14 days since you were last there and only leave home with a reasonable excuse.
If you entered NSW on or after 5pm on Thursday, August 12 and you have been in the ACT in the previous 14 days, you must complete the NSW entry declaration form accessed here.
Caught up in these rules are players from the men's, women's and u18s' Dirty Reds teams.
Dirty Reds president Jackson Reardon is one of the personnel having to abide by the regulations, but it hasn't really affected him.
"I just have to follow the same rules as those in lockdown in other parts of the state," Mr Reardon said.
"I'm personally working from home today, but if I need to go into the office, I can."
All the upcoming matches in their competition, as well as the Canberra Region Rugby League competition, have been postponed until further notice.
There are undoubtedly plenty of other Goulburnians caught up in the regulations including those who work in the ACT.
