The Pfizer clinics will be available at Queanbeyan on Monday, August 23 and in Goulburn on Thursday August 26 from 9am to 4pm.
Members of the Aboriginal community are urged to register for a vaccination with SNSWLHD's Aboriginal Health team, but people can also walk-in on the day.
The Queanbeyan clinic will be held at Level 3, Morrissett House, 7-9 Morrissett St.
The Goulburn clinic will be at the Old RTA building, 211 Bourke St.
Staff will also be available on the day to assist with questions about vaccinations and offer support.
Goulburn Health Service Aboriginal Health Team Leader, Richard Shipp said it would be great to see as many members of the local Aboriginal community as possible roll up their sleeves and get the jab.
"Recently we've experienced the effects of drought, fire and floods; now COVID-19 is coming close to home and it is important that we as a community come together to fight this horrible disease by getting vaccinated.," he said.
"We know that COVID-19 vaccines are very effective at reducing transmission and hospitalisation.
"Widespread vaccination is an important step to protect yourself, your loved ones and the community. I do not want to see our mob in an Intensive Care Unit because they've contracted this disease.
"Please stay at home unless absolutely necessary, and book in for your vaccination."
