There's been a call for the Federal Government to fund extended GP hours for those administering the COVID-19 vaccine. The call came after Federal Health Minister Greg Hunt's announcements about a compensation scheme on Saturday.

Afghan athletes have arrived at the Tokyo Paralympics. Two athletes have been safely evacuated from Kabul to participate in the Games. Welcome news after the pair were expecting to miss the event following the Taliban returned to power in their native country.
