The club has also won council financial support for the Saturday, November 27 event at the Goulburn Recreation Area.
In a letter to the council, immediate past president Dick Kearins stated that the show gave motor enthusiasts a chance to come together and display their vehicles.
The 2019 event, also held at the Recreation Area, attracted about 300 cars and motorcycles.
"The event is growing in support from motor enthusiasts from Sydney, the Illawarra and Canberra," Mr Kearins wrote.
"It is anticipated that up to 400 vehicles will be on display. With the addition of a street parade, the community will have an additional opportunity to view this spectacle."
He said motels and eateries benefited from the economic injection and the club expected greater visitation this year.
In 2019, the Rotary auspiced event raised $8000 for Goulburn's Crescent School. This year, the club will donate to the PCYC's 'Rise Up' program, which connects disengaged youth with work opportunities.
Councillors endorsed a staff recommendation to provide $2976 of in-kind support from its financial assistance program. This includes $292 to half-fund the Recreation Area's hire, $184 for amenity cleaning, bin hire and waste removal and $2500 towards road closure traffic control. Members hope to undertake some traffic control themselves.
The club had requested $5927 in assistance.
The event has also attracted a $2500 grant from the Community Recovery Contributions Plan.
Cr Carol James declared a non-pecuniary conflict of interest in the item and did not take part in discussion. She is a Goulburn Rotary member.
