Crafting, walks, reading and baking are just some of the things we have found solace in.
To say our mental health has been impacted over that period is one of the most obvious statements to make in 2021.
The restrictions imposed on capacities in venues, staying away from loved ones to keep everyone safe and the closure of businesses across the globe have been things we have had to adjust to.
These changes along with many others have had impacted our mental health, as well as our livelihoods and day-to-day activities.
This month is Mental Health Month and today (October 10) is World Mental Health Day.
