All positions were filled. Nerida Cullen remains as president, Prue Martin as vice-president, Camilla Cartwright as secretary, Tracy Hayes as treasurer, Kerry Hort as public officer and Karon Jones as publicity officer. Three new members were welcomed - Melissa Smereczanski, Emma Peden and Trish McLaughlin.
The 2020/21 year has been frustrating as planned events had to be postponed due to COVID lockdowns. However, two events were able to be held to fundraise for needed hospital equipment - Movie Under the Stars in February and in April, a barbecue at the monthly Rotary Markets.
The committee is preparing to purchase a Hearing Booth (worth some $26,000) and put funds toward an enhanced Patient Information and Entertainment System (some $15,000).
