A hearing date has been set for a Goulburn woman accused of producing and disseminating child pornography.

The woman, who cannot be named to protect the identity of the victims, was legally represented at Goulburn Local Court on October 13. She was not required to appear.

The woman had previously pleaded not guilty to: Produce child abuse material, disseminate child abuse material, two counts of conceal serious indictable offence of another person, and resist officer in execution of duty.
The matter was listed for hearing on February 10, 2022 at Goulburn Local Court.
Defence lawyer Rod Boyd said the hearing was expected to run for three to four hours. He said three witnesses were expected to give evidence and recordings of child interviews would be played to the court.
There was no application for bail, and bail was formally refused.
