Toure's signing was announced by the club on Wednesday, October 13, and he received warm praise from Bulls head coach, Ante Milicic.
"Al Hassan is a talented player who will help strengthen our squad," Milicic said.
"I believe he can maximise his potential with consistent performances on the training pitch and match days, and I look forward to watching him grow.
"I'm sure Al Hassan will settle in well with the playing group and get to know what the club is all about."
Despite his tender age, the 21-year-old already has an impressive resume. He scored on debut for the Australian Under 23 squad in 2019, and his goal against Syria in the quarter finals of the 2020 AFC Under 23 Championships was instrumental as the Olyroos qualified for the Olympics.
Having made his A-League debut for Adelaide United in 2019, Toure compiled 30 matches for the club in which he scored twice.
With the Bulls, Toure hopes he can continue to develop his game and contribute to the club.
"I'm very excited to be joining Macarthur FC, the newest club in the competition," he said.
"I've spoken to Ante about the style of football and the experience within the squad and I believe this can help take my football to the next level.
"Witnessing the bells last year at Campbelltown created such an atmosphere. Joining the club, my motivation is to score and hear them ring loud and proud.
"I'm looking forward to joining my new teammates and getting straight into pre-season with focus on the competition starting next month."
The Bulls performed well in their debut A-League season, finishing sixth on the ladder with 11 wins, six draws, and nine losses.
Having qualified for finals, the club claimed a strong 2-0 win over the Central Coast Mariners in the elimination final before falling to eventual premiers, Melbourne City, by the same margin in the semi-final.
The 2021-22 A-League season is slated to begin on Friday, November 19. The Bulls' first match will take place against Wellington Phoenix on Sunday, November 21 at the Campbelltown Sports Stadium from 6.05pm.
Prior to its introduction to the national competition last season, Macarthur FC signed memorandums of understanding with a number of local football bodies, including the Southern Tablelands Football Association and the Highlands Soccer Association, to bolster its connection to local soccer and provide support to young up-and-coming players.
