Transport for NSW announced this morning that the Rail Tram and Bus Union plan to take "industrial action" tomorrow.
The announcement said there would be delays across NSW Trainlink and Intercity services.
Overnight and early morning services will also be impacted by the industrial action.
Both unions held a strike on September 28 which affected Regional Trains, Sydney Trains, NSW TrainLink and Intercity services.

"Sydney Train and NSW TrainLink continue to negotiate with the union in good faith and are focused on meeting with employees and reaching an agreement," today's announcement said.
The Southern Highlands Line (SHL) which runs directly from Goulburn to Central Station, "will run to a weekend timetable" along with other Intercity services.
The timetable for the SHL shows that trips after 10pm tonight will require people to change trains.
An example is a trip from Bowral to Goulburn at 10:02pm, which is estimated to take almost 8 hours, and require passengers to take three trains.
Transport for NSW advises people to drive, walk or cycle where possible.
Updates about traffic on the roads can be found on Live Traffic NSW.
There will be no replacement buses running for the SHL.
