The Goulburn Race Club had to make the difficult decision of cancelling the popular event on Saturday, November 6 due to ongoing issues surrounding COVID-19.
However, the race day itself will still run as a standard Saturday race meet.
The Goulburn Cup is also on the week before on Sunday, October 31.

It will see last year's winner, Wow, endeavour to win consecutive cups and become only the third dog to achieve this when he goes out an odds-on favourite.
Gates open at midday for both race meets and entry is $10.
The following rules for spectators apply to both race meets:
- Dress code - smart casual
- You must be fully vaccinated and have proof.
- Food may be BYO or bought at the venue, but no food pre-orders will be available.
- Bar facilities will also be available, but no BYO is allowed.
There will be limited seating indoors and no pre-booked seating or tables this time around. However, there will be seating in the grandstand area and on the lawn.
N95 masks must be worn indoors at all time, no drink, umbrellas or shade structures are allowed on the premises and the capacity limits are 120 people indoors and 5000 people outdoors.
