A grass fire at Grabben Gullen, about 15km south of Crookwell, was extinguished this morning.

At about 11.16am, the Grabben Gullen Rural Fire Service was notified of the fire at the intersection of Britannia Street and Camp Street.
A NSW RFS spokesperson said one crew responded to the fire which covered an area of about 50 square metres.

No nearby areas were closed off, but the RFS was continuing to monitor the situation.
Residents are urged to monitor fires in their area and have a plan in place if a fire does occur in the future.
