Here is the first clue:
- The first Santa has gone to grab a newspaper so he can relax in Belmore Park. Can you find him?
When all 12 are found and your gamecard is all stamped, drop your gamecard into the collection box at the Visitor Information Centre by 4pm on Wednesday, December 22.
Gamecards and stamps can be found at any of the stores where Santa is hiding.
There are five $200 shop2580 gift cards up for grabs.
Goulburn Chamber of Commerce president Darrell Weekes explained how the idea came about.
"The idea floated around the Why Leave Town program which is where our gift cards come from," Mr Weekes said.
"We decided to create our own version of that.
"Our chamber members, especially Liz Townsend and Katrina Tite, did a fantastic job in creating the Santas and getting the program going."
The game began on Monday, December 6.
