The number of COVID-19 cases across the Southern Highlands and Tablelands continues to rise, as the state records 63,018 new positive tests.

Of those positive tests, 25,080 were PCR results and 37,938 confirmed cases from rapid antigen tests.
Currently, Rapid Antigen Test (RATs) postcode data is not available. A NSW Health Spokesperson said "NSW Health would provide more detailed breakdowns of the registered positive RATs in due course."
NSW Health also noted that "there may be some cases included in these numbers where people have reported positive RATs on multiple days and/or where people have also had a positive PCR test during the same reporting period."
According to the NSW Health data, a total number of 82 positive cases were recorded in the Wingecarribee Shire up to 8 pm Thursday January 13, 8 pm.
A total of 2384 cases of COVID-19 were recorded in Wingecarribee Shire in the last four weeks.
In the Southern Tablelands, Southern NSW Local Health District recorded 30 positive cases of COVID-19 in the Goulburn Mulwarree LGA, 37 cases of COVID-19 in the Queanbeyan Palerang LGA, eight in the Upper Lachland LGA and 11 in the Yass Valley LGA as of January 13, 8 pm.
Of those cases, there are 28 people from the SNSWLHD in hospital, with four people in ICU.
Across NSW, there are currently 2525 COVID-19 cases admitted to hospital, including 184 people in intensive care, 59 of whom require ventilation.
Sadly 29 people have also died.
Residents should be alert for any symptoms that could signal COVID-19 including headache, nausea, sore throat, runny nose, cough, loss of smell or taste, or fever.
If symptoms appear, people must isolate and get tested immediately, and remain isolated until a negative result is received.
