Proceedings kicked off at 9am with a range of stalls and food vans peaking the interests of locals before the Goulburn District Services Pipe Band heralded the start of the ceremony.
Locals were also treated to a powerful Aboriginal smoke display and traditional dances, serving as a reminder as to the sorrowful nature of January 26 for our First Nations people.
