Charlotte exhibited in the led, ridden and harness Shetland Pony classes.
This is the second time she has won the Best Ridden Shetland Pony Exhibit, she first won the prize in 2017.
"It's very exciting to have won, especially having won twice now at just 18 years old," Charlotte said.
"I am very passionate about Shetland ponies, I've been involved with horses since I was three years old."
Charlotte was also sashed as the Champion of the Royal Agricultural Society and Australian Pony Stud Book Young Judges Competition.
Charlotte said she had competed every year in the Sydney Royal Easter Show for several years now and had every intention to continue.
Having grown up on a 90 acre farm in Goulburn where her family keep horses, she said preparing for and competing in agricultural shows was a family activity.
Charlotte said for the age division, she could train the ponies but needed to have a young jockey ride them.
At this year's Show Shylah Marshall, a young Goulburn girl, jockeyed for Charlotte.
Graduating high school last year, Charlotte is now pursing a double degree in music and science at the University of Sydney.
While she doesn't intend to formally study agriculture, she said Shetland ponies would remain an important hobby for her.
