Cupcake Day is an opportunity to bake a change for the 100,000 animals that turn to the RSPCA every year.
You can register online to host a RSPCA Cupcake Day event at your work, home, or school on any day throughout August and raise some dough to help fight animal cruelty.
RSPCA NSW Community fundraising manager Ben Wilheim said Cupcake Day was a rewarding experience for supporters who were playing a vital role in giving animals a second chance at life.
"This year's event is taking place throughout the entire month of August, which will give individuals, businesses, and communities the flexibility to bake on a day that suits them and their peers," he said.

"It's not too late to sign up and be part of this much-loved, worthwhile cause. All funds raised go directly to helping us achieve our mission of ending animal cruelty for good. "
Plenty of resources and event ideas are sprinkled on the RSPCA Cupcake Day website and all events that raise over $500 will also go into the draw to win a Nespresso Lattissima Touch Restyle machine.
