RESIDENTS on Tiyces Lane north of Goulburn say they have been "sold out" by Millerview Constructions, who are also planning to develop a residential subdivision and a tourist facility at Marian Vale.

A residents' meeting on Monday night, which formalised the Marian Vale Action Group, condemned the company's latest development application which would see a commercial quarry and other industries developed on the property.
Vice president and nearby resident, Sean Green, said residents had no problem with the original concept.
"We were even aware that a quarry was planned on the site but understood that it would only be providing material to construct the property's internal road system," Mr Green said.
