Yet an advertisement for the sale or joint venture of the historic Taralga Rd complex still claims that its owners, Longreach Capital Pty Ltd, derive $650,000 in annual income from the site.
Agent Gregory May of Cushman and Wakefield confirmed to the Post several weeks ago that this income was from rent for the 93 rooms leased to the NSW Police College, accommodating cadets.
However a neighbouring landowner, Paul Menere, who says he has a contract with Longreach Capital to buy Kenmore, claims the last police cadets moved out one month ago.
