In the junior competition, which is held before the open championships, Rodney-Ray Mancell and Layne Mancell have picked up finals qualifying positions.
Layne will be in the Poddy Calf Ride and the Junior Barrel Race while Rodney-Ray will contest the Junior Breakaway Roping.
In the senior events, which run from January 20 to 23 with the presentation luncheon on January 24, Goulburn has several few rodeo participants who have qualified for finals.
They include Jodie Craig Jodie Rigby, Joel Mancell, Russell Lincoln, Phil Peters, Dean Hensley, Brian Smith and Warren Norton.
Unfortunately some of the competitors may not be able to participate in the finals competition because of work commitments.
