GOULBURN Pony Club has had an active last couple of months, having a good end to the show season, with our Zone 27 Pony Club team of four riders consisting of Goulburn Pony Club members Lydia Saville, Tamara Simon, Sophie and Emily Waugh, placing sixth out of 11 teams at the Sydney Royal Easter Show. Lydia placed fourth in the 15 to under 17 years riding class and Emily placed fifth in the 13 to under 15 years riding class. Shireen Sieler coached the team and we would like to thank her for all the hard work that she put into the team.
We also had a large contingent of riders attend Goulburn AP&H Show competing in Sporting, Showjumping and Riding events.
In the April school holidays 7 Goulburn Pony Club riders attend the Zone 27 Pony Club annual Camp at the Gunning show grounds, by all accounts all had a great time, there was 70 riders in total that attended from with in the Zone.
