THIRTY-NINE ladies took part in the single stableford competition on Wednesday. The overall winner was Nic Downey with 39 points.

Chris Besley had to survive a three-way countback to win A Grade with 38 points.
Ladies President Annie Gilmore won B Grade with 37 points on on a countback while Gail Kennerley won her first trophy following her return to the sport with 35 points on a countback in C grade.
Runners-up were Dawn Bodel in A Grade with 38 points on on a countback, Virginia Spinks in B Grade 35 points on on a countback, while Audrey Granger collected C Grade’s prize with 34 points on also on a countback.
Nearest the pin winners were Debbie Collins on the fourth, Chris Hobbs on the eighth and Roni Foster on the 17th.
Cross Holes contest, sponsored by Goulburn Soldiers Club, went to Chris Hobbs with nine points on a countback.
The TBP Bakery Voucher for A Grade went to Heather Buchanan and the Wish Award for B Grade, sponsored by Birdies Bistro was presented to Fran Kilmister.
Players needed 33 points on on a countback to win a ball with Jocelyn Tamsett receiving the last ball. Next Wednesday the ladies will contest a stroke event off the red tees.
Six ladies played the 9 holes stableford event. Des Carter with the good score of 20 points was the voucher winner. Balls went to Sharney Fleming 16 points and Helen Bradley 14 points.
Saturday
LAST Saturday, 14 ladies played a stroke event for the Diabetes Event and second round of the Cumstock trophy.
Sue de Cseuz was the winner with the very good score of 70 Nett. Sue made it a trifecta by also winning the putting with 29 and nearest the pin on 17th.
Runner-up on the day was Roni Foster with 75 nett on a countback.
The lucky card draw sponsored by Goulburn Soldiers Club went to Gail Moroney and the Wish Award sponsored by Birdies Bistro went to Ruth Gibson.
Ladies to win a ball were Sue de Cseuz 70 nett, Roni Foster 75 nett, Helen Hayhoe 75 nett, Marg Webb 79 nett and Ann Ridley 80 nett on a countback.
Next Saturday ladies will play a stableford off the green tees.
