The controversial development application has normally attracted a packed gallery, including supporters and opponents.
But on Tuesday, only four Goulburn Motorcycle Club members sat in the gallery, awaiting the council’s decision on operating days.
Mrs Cheetham said objectors were not told of the meeting, despite a council letter last month advising them they’d be informed.
“To not tell us it was on was devious,” Mrs Cheetham said.
“Suddenly it’s been and gone and we weren’t given the chance of being there. The result might have been the same, but it would have been nice to have been given the opportunity to speak.”
Mrs Cheetham claimed a “proper” noise assessment had never been undertaken, an accusation the club has rejected.
She said the number of allowable events was always dependent on the amount of noise generated but this had never been tested.
"This decision of Council on Tuesday night was a review of a DA determination and associated conditions not the determination of the DA itself," Council general manager Warwick Bennett said.
