Goulburn Mulwaree Library is celebrating all this week with Library Lovers' Week.
Drop into the library and have a blind date with a book (you never know where it may lead).
Rate your date to go into the draw to win a Library Lovers' hamper.
If you're not already a library member, join during the week to receive a special gift.
Library Lovers' Week also caters for children with story time and craft at 10.30am on Thursday.
Finish the week with an author talk by Karen Viggers on Sunday at 2.30pm, served with cupcakes.
Viggers will be talking about her writing, which is about love and relationships (bookings essential: 4823 4435).
"Your library provides access to information and resources, which have been carefully curated," says Mayor Geoff Kettle.
"Not everyone can afford to buy all the books or resources they need and want.
"At Goulburn Mulwaree Library, they are free to borrow, whether an ebook, audio book, DVD, CD or some other resource."
Goulburn Mulwaree Library is at 184/194 Bourke St and open weekdays 10am-6pm, Saturday 10am-1pm, and Sunday 2-5pm.
